Donovan E. Rasmussen Scholarship for Citizenship

To apply for this scholarship you must be a current student at Osceola High School. Please contact the Osceola High School scholarship office for application information.

This scholarship supports incoming freshman from Osceola HS.

• Must demonstrate high ethical and social standards, leadership ability, and strong participation in high school and community activities.
• Must be in upper 50% of graduating class and be interested in continuing his/her education at UWRF
• Must have been active in and demonstrated leadership, good citizenship, and interest in extra-curricular activities which also benefited others [student government, forensics, music, drama, church and community activities (girl/boy scouts, campfire, etc.), community service(4-h, highway clean-up, tutoring), peer group counseling, teamwork (group activities)]

Preference is given to students who plan to enter an agricultural-related field such as agricultural economics, agricultural engineering, etc.
