Jan Radcliffe Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship supports a student with an Animal Science, Agricultural Business, or Agriculture Studies major.

  1. Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
  2. Must have at least two semesters remaining
  3. Must be a U.S. citizen
  4. Must have demonstrated interest in production animal agriculture with primary emphasis on beef cattle production and secondary on other meat animal livestock
    Demonstrated interest would include owning and breeding beef cattle or other meat animal livestock, participating in livestock exhibiting, judging and evaluation, showmanship, quiz bowls, and livestock production.
  5. Must have demonstrated leadership abilities and/or involvement in:
  • campus student activities (e.g.: block and bridle, livestock judging)
  • livestock breed or industry organization (e.g.: Cattleman’s Association)
  • civic and service organizations (e.g.: FFA, 4-H)
